- Cortar el jamón, picarlo e incorporarlo a la preparación.
- Salpimentar, condimentar con nuez moscada y mezclar muy bien los ingredientes mientras se calientan a fuego moderado.
- Agregar el queso rallado, mezclar y rellenar los canelones.
- Elaboración de la salsa bechamel:
- Derretir la mantequilla en un recipiente, añadir la harina y mezclar unos minutos dejando cocinar la harina.
- Agregar la leche y mezclar para que se integren los ingredientes.
- Salpimentar, condimentar con una pizca de nuez moscada y cocinar a fuego entre medio y lento revolviendo constantemente hasta que la preparación espese.
