En este caso agregue una cucharadita de casancream para que se pegue mejor (no use huevo) y condimentos a gusto. Agrego pan rallado a ojo, hasta que quede textura puré y a la heladera
  4. Preparación garbanzos: agrego la verdurita rallada, la berenjena pisada o procesada (ya cocida le saco la cáscara), media cebolla rallada, queso y condimentos. Al igual que las de lentejas, sumo un poco de casancream, condimentos y pan rallado. Mezclo y a la heladera.
  5. Mientras se enfrían un rato las preparaciones aproveche a cortar 2 papas y poner al horno con aceite de oliva y condimentos (romero, ají molido, pimentón). Y preparar cositas para hamburguesa (tomate, lechuga, etc)
  6. Saco las mezclas, y preparo las hamburguesas. Agarro armo bolitas con ayuda de pan rallado, las aplasto y doy forma redonda. Las voy dejando aparte para cocinar algunas y otras en bandeja directo al freezer. Aprox salen 4/5 grandes de cada tipo (por lata)
  7. Van al horno, una vez se doran ya están
  8. Al plato o en pan. Con una en pan o 2 al plato te llenas
