Una vez que la cebollas tome un colocar dorado retirar del fuego y colocarlo en un bol.
  3. En otra sartén con aceite caliente colocar la pulpa picada, la sal, y cocinar hasta que tome color marrón y agregar las especies (pimienta, perejil, orégano,etc.) Podes condimentar a tu justo. Luego a esa pulpa picada la agregas en el bol que tenias las cebollas, lo mezclas bien todo y agregar a la calabaza como relleno.
  4. Luego colocar el queso cremoso por salud en rectángulo y colocar arriba del relleno. A esas calabaza rellena con el queso, lo colocas en una bandeja o plancha de horno. Y colocarlo en el horno previamente ya caliente a 180 grados, dejándolo cocinar durante 20 min, después sacar del horno y a comer se a dicho.
