- Cuando estén cocidas retirarlas, pelarlas y hacer un puré "a lo bruto" como le digo yo (que queden algunos trocitos enteros).
- Agregarle una cucharada del queso crema y reservar.
- Picar la cebolla de verdeo y el morrón y saltearlo en una ollita con la cda. de aceite. e incorporarla al puré.
- Estirar la masa pasados los 30 min. de frío.
- Disponer la masa en un molde, rellenar y esparcir sobre el relleno las semillas. Hice una individual, sin tapa para que sea un poco "light" y otra tapada.
