  4. Procesar el pollo (o cortarlo en daditos pequeños)
  5. En una sartén poner un chorrito de aceite (yo uso de oliva pero puede ser cualquiera) y dorar la cebolla, el ajo y el morrón. Cuando la cebolla transparente agregar el pollo y la zanahoria rallada. Mezclar. Condimentar a gusto (yo le puse: pimienta, ají molido y granos de mostaza molidos). Agregar el puré de tomates (2-3 cdas) y el caldito de pollo. Cocinar hasta que el pollo esté hecho. Si queda muy seco ir agregando agua, muy poquito, no debe quedar con mucho líquido.
  6. Una vez que el relleno está cocido, agregamos un puñado de aceitunas cortadas por la mitad (esto es opcional).
  7. Colocamos el relleno en una fuente para horno, agregamos por encima unos trocitos de queso cremoso y cubrimos con el puré de calabaza.
  8. Llevamos a horno unos minutos y servimos.
