- GLASEADO DE QUESO 1. Tamizar el azúcar glas, añadir la mantequilla y batir. Cuando la mantequilla esté integrada, añadimos el queso crema (debe estar bien frío) poco a poco y seguimos mezclando hasta tener una crema suave y uniforme. Separar la mezcla en tres, pintar de verde y naranja.
- Y la otra mezcla se deja sin tinturar, disponerlas en mangas o en bolsas y decorar a gusto.
