  8. 3 huevos hervidos (opcional)
  9. 1 cuchara maizena
  10. Verdeo a gusto
  11. Queso rallado

  1. Picar la cebolla y rehogar en aceite o manteca. Condimentar sal y pimienta. Reservar.
  2. Batatas hervidas y luego puré. Cuando están más tibias agregar un huevo parte de la cebolla rehogada. Condimentar, con mezcla de especias. Me gusta con canela. Reservar.
  3. Hervir la calabaza y luego puré en caliente (tratar que no tenga agua). Cuando está más tibia agregar resto de la cebolla cocida. Agregar 1 huevo mezclado y verdeo picado (perejil y cebollita de verdeo). Mezclar bien. Condimentar con pimentón y ají o similar. Si vemos un puré muy líquido agregar esa cuchara de maizena (puede ser harina). Después unir los dados de queso. Reservar
  4. Picar bien la espinaca (o acelga) mezclar con parte de la salsa Blsnca. Condimentar a gusto.
  5. En una fuente para horno y mesa. Enmantecar bien. Distribuir pan rallado o harina. Precalentar el horno.
  6. Rellenar la fuente empezando con el puré de batata. Luego la preparación de calabaza. Luego yo incluí un piso de huevos duros cortados. Le sigue la capa verde y luego resto de salsa blanca con queso rallado.
  7. Al horno 30’. Puede quedar húmedo. Difícil de servir prolijo.
