  1. En un tazón poner la harina, la sal y la mantequilla en cubos pequeños y mezclar a que quede como arena.
  2. Agregar poco a poco el agua hasta formar una masa que no se pegue en los dedos y no se rompa al estirarla. Cubrir un molde para pay y refrigerar.
  3. Los ingredientrs del relleno ponerlos en la licuadora menos la crema, después incorporar la crema.
  4. Sacar la costra del refrigerador y verter la mezcla.
  5. Cocinar en horno precalentado a 180°C (350°F) por una hora o hasta que se sienta firme el relleno. Apagar el horno y dejar que se vaya enfriando dentro del horno.
