El orígen de la receta desconozco, pero googleando vi que cada persona la rellena a su gusto. Así que, con los ingredientes que tuve armé mi propia manera de rellenarla, y me quedó deliciosa! Espero la disfruten cocinar y por supuesto comer y agasajar a sus amados.

  1. La calabaza en un plato la llevé al microondas, estuvo unos 15m a maxima potencia, entre ese lapso de tiempo la di vuelta en el plato. Esta pronta cuando la pulpa queda tiernita para hacer el puré. Lo que me pasó a mi fue que la cáscara se me estaba ablandando, entonces la pulpa la corté en cubitos y la herví. Limpiamos bien la calabaza dejando un grosor de pulpa de 1cm aprox. Conservamos la pulpa que le extrajimos.
  2. Sofritamos la cebolla bien picadita, hasta que esté transparente. Y le vamos a agregar la carne picada , revolvemos, luego la panceta. Cuando estén los dos ingredientes cocidos le ponemos la media zanahoria rallada, el queso muzzarella en cubitos y el medio cubito del saborizante knor. Y retiramos del fuego.
  3. Con la pulpa de la calabaza que tenemos conservada la hacemos puré, pisandola con tenedor, para luego agregarla toda al sofrito anterior. Y ahí queda listo el relleno para colocarlo en nuestra calabaza. Una vez esto, le espolvoreamos por encima queso rallado. (Algo que me hubiera encantado probar es colocarle antes del queso rallado un poquito de salsa de tomate, si lo haces contame cómo queda!!)
  4. En asadera un poco aceitada, ponemos la calabaza rellena y mandamos a horno a gratinar. Maso menos unos 10 min. después y nuestra calabaza queda prontita para degustar! Que la disfruten y comenten! Besitos!
