- Una vez terminada la calabaza, la pele y pise. Le puse condimentos a gusto, el huevo (hay que trabajar rápido para que no se enfríe antes del harina y no empiece a despedir agua) y le empecé a incorporar la maicena y la harina. Yo en este caso usé de las dos porque quedan menos pesados
- Una vez hecha la masa (que no tiene que quedar tan dura), poner el agua a hervir. Estirar y hacer la forma
- Cuando ya esté hirviendo el agua poner los ñoquis y controlar entre 10 y 13 minutos (es a gusto). Antes de colarlos calentar un poco la salsa y listo, comida hecha. Suerte a todos
